About the Author
Thomas E. Catanzaro DVM MHA FACHE, Diplomate ACHE is founder and CEO of Catanzaro & Associates Inc. He is an innovative and popular consultant and speaker who has translated lessons learned from industry, human healthcare and the business world into veterinary medical practice. Dr. Catanzaro has taught leadership courses to veterinary practitioners throughout the United States and Canada for more than 18 years and has consulted for the past 12 years, visiting more than 1,200 veterinary facilities. Previously, Dr. Catanzaro was hospital services director for the American College of Hospitals Association. He was the first veterinarian to achieve board certification in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
